How we collect reviews

Every review comes from a real order. About 14 days after purchase, each buyer gets one email with a private link tied to their order. Nobody else can leave a review.

Buyers choose a star rating from 1 to 5 and write in their own words. They tick a box to agree that we may publish it.

We never rewrite reviews. We only fix obvious typos, and we keep the original text on file. Low ratings from verified buyers are not deleted: if the buyer agreed to publication, they are published like any other review.

We don't pay for reviews or offer discounts in exchange for them.

The average score and review count on the home page are calculated live from published verified reviews. They only appear once there are at least 10.
